Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we process the personal data collected on this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law. In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

  • Replying to information and quotation requests (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
  • Website security and prevention of abuse and spam (legitimate interest).
  • Compliance with legal obligations, where applicable.

6. Third-party content

If you choose to load the map on the Contact page, your browser communicates with Google Maps, which may process data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. The map is only loaded after your action. Links to social networks lead to third-party websites with their own policies.

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, by contacting geral@arteecasa.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
